This business of being human isn’t easy! For all the many joys life offers us, we are also faced with great challenges. As your therapist, I will create a space for you to lay down your pain, pull apart the negative patterns you wish to shift, and shine a light on the needs and desires of your deepest self.

While I’m open to working with a wide variety of clients, I am most passionate about supporting people through the complex process of grief and loss, including fertility struggles and pregnancy loss.

I also specialize in working with adolescents and all the unique feelings and experiences this time of life can evoke.
